**Scope of Work**:
As a Break/Fix Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site support for a Shared location. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining network devices, ensuring mínimal downtime and optimal performance. The role requires a proactive approach to handling network issues, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality service within the best possible Service Level Agreement (SLA).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-site break/fix support for network issues at specified locations.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Cisco network devices, including routers, switches, and access points (APs).
- Update and maintain asset lists for each location.
- Work closely with the network engineering team to ensure seamless support and issue resolution.
- Respond promptly to service requests and ensure timely resolution of network issues.
- Document all repair and maintenance activities accurately and comprehensively.
- Communicate effectively with site contacts to confirm support capabilities and update the site list as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in network engineering, with a focus on Cisco network devices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve network issues.
- Familiarity with network protocols, routing, and switching.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with site contacts and the network engineering team.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel regularly to various site locations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
- Knowledge of wireless networking and experience with Cisco APs.

**Additional Information**:
