**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- 1. Establish the content of functional training for Chocoboutiques associates aligned with the five MARS principles and culture. 2. Manage the induction and onboarding of new Chocoboutiques associates. 3. Coordinate the logistics of functional training for Chocoboutiques associates. 4. Establish the vision of the service model and shopping experience with associates through SUPER role play and training 5. Maintain functional training updates at all levels. 6. Identify talent and potential of associates through continuous visits to Chocoboutiques. 7. Evaluate the sales process, service and shopping experience in Chocoboutiques. SUPER.
