We are currently seeking a **Lead Business System Analyst** to join our team.

You will lead the identification, documentation, and delivery of business requirements for cutting-edge digital solutions in the downstream sector. You will be deeply involved in ideation sessions, user interviews, solution design, and defining seamless customer journeys.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, gather, and document business requirements for downstream digital solutions.
- Participate in ideation workshops, design sprints, and end-user interviews.
- Benchmark and evaluate existing industry solutions and digital best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners to define features and break them into actionable user stories.
- Translate business needs into clearly defined software functionalities and user journeys.
- Act as PMO and project steering resource for digital initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and identifying synergies across solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil & gas downstream sector, including 10+ years in developing and implementing digital solutions.
- Strong business analysis skills with experience in Agile methodologies and digital project delivery.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable and user-focused digital products.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
