Carrier Intelligence is an American company that has an office in the beautiful town of Puerto Aventuras.

As an Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in Carrier Intelligence's growth—by helping prospect for new trucking business clients in USA, following up and account management.

This is a Full Time position Monday-Friday with a base salary of $800-$1000 USD per month PLUS commission.

You will work in the office every day so we are looking to hire individuals that live near Puerto Aventuras.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Manage follow up procedures to convert leads into sales
- Research prospects and proactively contact to qualify, develop and convert into customers
- Follow-up and close with leads generated through inbound and outbound marketing efforts
- Grow business with existing customers
- Use social media platforms like LinkedIn to find new sales opportunities and share industry news, establish relationships, and cultivate business opportunities
- Continuously demonstrate excellent presentation/communication/influencing/negotiating skills - both written and verbal
- Enhance the organization's reputation by accepting ownership and exploring opportunities to add organizational value

**You**:

- Strong desire to win as an individual and as a team
- Speak clearly and persuasively and can confidently present/negotiate/influence/communicate over the phone and through text
- Have active sales experience, preferably in the transportation industry or selling to Americans
- Have proven experience qualifying and converting prospects into warm leads

**What Will You Get**:

**$ Pay Structure**:

- You will receive a base salary of $800-$1000 per month based on experience
- You will receive a flat commission of 10% of customer value after hitting your monthly sales quota
- Targets reset on the 1st day of each month
- Commission is in addition to the base salary

**Transportation/trucking knowledge is a plus but not required

**Selling to Americans is a plus but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $20,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month

- Puerto Aventuras, QRoo.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
