**Objetive**

To support the company with new transfer and Import Export projects, it is essential to create backups of import and export operations in order to provide solutions on time, avoiding any impact on Merit.

**Functions**:
1. Responds to routine telephone requests which generally have standard answers and refers calls and visitors to appropriate staff.

2. Maintains supervisor's calendar, makes appointments, and arranges for meeting rooms as needed.

3. Reviews outgoing material for typographical accuracy and proper format.

4. Maintains recurring internal reports.

5. Requisitions supplies, printing, maintenance, or other services.

6. Types, takes and transcribes dictation, and establishes and maintains office files.

7. Performs other related duties and tasks as required.

8. Coordinates Import/Export documents preparation to assure on time solution to the corresponding functional groups.

9. Strong communication with MX &US broker

10. Monitors a proper recordkeeping process for each local and cross border shipment

11. Follows up with shipment delays due to documentation issues and or MX/US Customs inspections

12. Strong communication with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, customs officers and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipments is on time and according with MX/US regulations.

Experiência y requisitos

**Qualifications**:

- Education : University in Study
- Computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and maintain filing and office systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well, verbally and in writing, with others.
- Clerical/office/typing
