With a strong footprint in Latin America, they ensure regulatory excellence and accelerated drug development.

**Your Role**
- Oversee clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution
- Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines and LATAM regulatory bodies (COFEPRIS, ANVISA, INVIMA, DIGEMID)
- Manage budgets, vendors, and stakeholders, optimizing trial efficiency
- Act as the key liaison with sponsors and cross-functional teams
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support the development of Clinical Study Reports (CSRs)

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- 4+ years of experience managing clinical trials in biopharma or CRO environments
- Proven track record in LATAM regulatory submissions & compliance
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Expertise in EDC and eTMF platforms (Veeva or similar)
- In-depth knowledge of LATAM regulatory agencies (COFEPRIS, ANVISA, INVIMA, DIGEMID)
