**Objetivo del puesto**

Brindar soporte al centro de cobranza mediante el análisis de datos, desarrollo de reportes y seguimiento a indicadores clave (KPIs), con el fin de optimizar la recuperación de cartera, reducir el riesgo de crédito y apoyar en la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

**Responsabilidades principales**
- Analizar datos de cartera vencida, historial de pagos y comportamiento de clientes.
- Elaborar reportes periódicos (diarios, semanales, mensuales) sobre saldos vencidos, aging de cuentas y recuperación.
- Generar dashboards para seguimiento de KPIs: DSO, rotación de cartera, % de recuperación, etc.
- Identificar patrones y riesgos en el comportamiento de pago de clientes.
- Apoyar en la segmentación de clientes según su perfil de riesgo.
- Validar la calidad y consistencia de los datos provenientes de los sistemas de cobranza y ERP.
- Colaborar con la Dirección para optimizar procesos mediante análisis de datos.
- Automatizar reportes y consultas mediante herramientas como Excel, Power BI y SQL y/o Python.

**Requisitos**

**Formación académica**
- Licenciatura en Actuaría, Matemáticas, Economía, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o afines.

**Experiência**
- De 0 a 2 años en roles similares o en áreas de análisis de datos financieros, crédito o cobranza.

**Conocimientos técnicos**
- Excel intermedio-avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, macros deseables).
- SQL y Python intermedio para consultas de bases de datos.
- Power BI o herramientas de visualización similares (Tableau, Looker).
- Conocimiento básico de contabilidad y conceptos financieros (cuentas por cobrar, DSO, aging, etc.).
- Deseable: Conocimiento de plataformas omnicanal (Genesys, CC1)

Indicadores de desempeño (KPI) sugeridos
- Precisión y puntualidad en reportes entregados.
- Automatización de procesos de análisis o reporte.
- Detección de desviaciones relevantes en la cobranza.
- Reducción de tiempos en generación de reportes.
