**Business Systems Analyst 4**

**Education**:

- 4 year degree

**Experience**:

- 5 years experience, preferably in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment.
- Subject matter expertise in a specific process, system or function.
- Preferably Experience with Oracle ERP in the following modules INV, WMS, PUR, SCP, WIP

**Knowledge**:
Strong process or data analysis skills with proven results showing ability to influence, work with cross functional
teams.

**Skills**:

- Good team player.
- strong communication & report writing abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with all levels within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support multiple projects simultaneously. Work closely with both business & IT project management to help identify, evaluate, prioritize and schedule potential new project work within a portfolio road map. This includes analysis of requests and ideas for projects as well as developing recommended solutions to business issues. Seek & support opportunities for continuous process improvement and process re-engineering activity worldwide
