**Programmer/Analyst 4** **Job Purpose**: - Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing. Creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Be part of the cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues. **Nature of Duties/Responsibilities**: - Product Expert who will maintain the interface between the business and the development teams. - Responsible for the product backlog, internal priorities definition, requirements and/or specification, change management, final product validation and global releases, including implementation, post-implementation and training. - Work among other teams to identify and suggest changes and/or improvements to the manufacturing process, and provide training and coaching to make the MES environment more efficient. **Education and Experience**: - Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years experience; preferably in manufacturing environment. - A proven track record demonstrating knowledge of Information Technology and Information Systems. - Experience implementing MES Solution within the manufacturing industry. - Ability to identify issues and propose solutions that contribute to the resolution of technical challenges. - Proven record in identification and delivery of process improvement. - Must be ready and willing to travel to customer locations as needed. - Willingness to work non-standard hours as needed. - Ambition and drive, a self starter with a "can do" attitude. - Intellectual focus with good organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing environments and demands. - Good English speaking communication skills.
