**Your responsibilities**:

- In summary, you'll:

- Play a key role in supporting day-to-day procurement operations, streamlining administrative tasks, and expediting processes.
- Maintain precise records of contracts, purchase orders, and ensure vendor documents are up to date.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers, managing timelines to guarantee the prompt supply of goods and services.
- Prepare and analyse reports to track procurement metrics, which will inform strategic decisions around vendor performance and cost efficiency.
- Get involved in managing the early stages of supplier selection, proposal evaluation, and contribute to effective contract oversight.
- Join forces with the wider procurement team to enhance procedures and champion continuous improvement.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Prior experience within procurement, purchasing, or a related administrative field; familiarity with the health and hygiene industry is a plus.
- Exceptional organisational capabilities and the ability to multitask without compromising on quality.
- Adeptness with the Microsoft Office Suite and experience using procurement-related software or systems.
- Communicative confidence to interact with a variety of stakeholders and build productive relationships.
- A solid grasp of procurement fundamentals, the capacity to handle negotiations, and an understanding of supply chain dynamics.
