**About Good Better**

At Good Better, we create products and brands for different markets, from gadgets to robots and digital platforms. We are a multidisciplinary team with design, engineering, administration, and marketing knowledge. We are in love with products and their processes, and more than a company, we are creating a platform to develop and learn how to take a project from concept to customer fulfillment.

**What will you do at Good Better?**
As part of the team, you’ll learn about inventory management and customer service processes and procedures. You will help us fulfill each campaign, from customer success to purchase orders to shipping logistics. We are looking for general scope of commercial processes, supplier management, logistic, shipping, and writing communication skills (for retailers and suppliers). We had shipped over 10K pieces worldwide from our Kickstarter campaigns, and now, we are looking for our next talent to help us achieve more goals.

**What are we looking for?**
- A background in Business, Economics, or Commercial Management.
- An organized person to handle suppliers’ information, retailers’ information, and customer follow-up.
- High written communication skills in English, from Supplier Level to Customer Support.

**It is a plus if**
- You have worked with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Square Space, Wix).
- You have experience with international supplier communication.
- You have negotiation skills.

**Benefits**:

- Monthly bonus based on skills ($3,200.00 MXN to $8,000.00 MXN)
- Open to hiring after the internship period

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $5,400.00 - $8,000.00 per month
