This is an important role that has been created - as a part of the global Affinity Strategy - to lead the aggressive expansion of revenue growth across LatAm Region through the development and execution of an agreed business plan focusing on Direct to Consumer segment.

**The Role**
- Lead Latin America Direct to consumer segment and a wider Affinity sector expert contributing to the development and execution of the agreed business strategy.
- Lead and manage through others the Affinity functional team in both sales and back office as appropriate.
- Responsible for delivering agreed Affinity Budgets (Revenues and Costs)
- Plan, lead, sale campaigns, media agency and client management process, leading colleagues in the sales process to identify and develop and prioritize opportunities, manages the sales pipeline, and delivers new business wins.
- Research segments insights by Latin America Affinity, build relevant information for affinity team knowledge and help to build a value proposition and some information important to be include in tenders.
