Your tasks - Generar y mantener actualizados los investment plan sheets de cada proyecto mensualmente - Completar los "spendings y commitments" de acuerdo al budget por cada cuarto de año - Generar el eCR GPA para cálculo de PCIS, eCR, managment summary para solicitud del capital asignado por proyecto - Soporte en generar el budget anual - Solucionar problemas críticos en las estaciones de trabajo utilizando métodos analíticos para ello. - Supervisar y planear las actividades diarias de los Ingenieros Industriales, con el fin de alcanzar y mantener los objetivos definidos por la Dirección (KPI's) Cordinar la industrialización de nuevas lineas de producción con el ingeniero industrial a cargo del proyecto + Desarrollar especifiaciones de maquinaria + Solicitar cotizaciones competitivas + Seguimiento a las ordenes de compra y pagos correspondientes de facturas + Instalacion,set up y liberación de maquinaria Entrega de maquinas a production y maintenance. + Run a pre-PSO + Correr PSO y run&rate ( PDR) + Entrega de documentación para PPAP aproval Brindar soporte + Reduccion WIP + Balanceo de lineas + Optimizar lay out bajo la metodología lean/ kaizen + Reclamos de cliente - Seguimiento a juntas con IE central, program manager, proyectos globales (SPS Expert networks) - Ejecutar actividades por acuerdos tomados en juntas **Profile**: - Licenciatura en Ingeniería - 10 años en puesto de coordinación de ingeniería - Experiência en diseño de manufactura, diseño de manufactura, instalación de lineas - Manejor de personal - Manejo de proyectos - IATF16949 - Estudios de capacidades de producción **Offer**: At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
