**Responsabilidades**:
Proporcionar un servicio al cliente de alta calidad, asegurando la satisfacción total de los huéspedes.
Monitorear y aplicar los estándares de servicio LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) en todas las interacciones.
Manejar el sistema de gestión hotelera Opera para reservas y atención al cliente.
Utilizar Review Pro para gestionar comentarios y mejorar la experiência del huésped.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para ofrecer un servicio integral y eficiente.
Realizar seguimientos proactivos a los comentarios y sugerencias de los huéspedes.

Requisitos clave:
Lic. en Administración Hotelera, Gastronomía o similar.
Experiência previa en la gestión de calidad en la industria hotelera.
Conocimiento de los estándares LQA y AAA Diamond. Estándares Forbes se considera un plus
Capacidad para dar seguimiento a procesos que aseguren la seguridad, limpieza y sustentabilidad del hotel.
Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación
Inglés avanzado
