Responsibilities: -Responsible to create Quality IDL strategies for Business Improvement and Cost Savings Projects. -Responsible to manage QC and Training processes. -Responsible to manage and supervise Quality IDL personnel -Manage and Supervise IDL Quality activities and proper resources to provide production Support. -Responsible to ensure that IDL Quality personnel are trained on applicable system procedures. -Manage and solve any problem between production and quality personnel. -Active contribution with Production supervisors and Business Units. -Coordinate HOLDs and MRB disposition and it adequate follow up for proper closure. -Manage and Supervise QC and Training Reports and proper KPIs follow up. -Ensure proper quality records files such as (but not limited to) DHRs, Certificates, Reports, etc. -Active support to any Health and Safety Company initiative. -Responsible to coordinate any Continuous Improvement project within the Quality area. -Other tasks related to the organization requested by Direct Supervisor.

Experiência y requisitos

High School Degree or equivalent. -Experience in Medical Products Class I, II and III. -Bilingual, English 70% as minimum. -Teamwork focus, Proactive. -High Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Office package. -Minimum of 3 years’ experience on Quality Control activities. -Self-oriented, Easy to work by him/her self or with others. -Minimum of 2-year experience managing personnel. -Problem solving skill
