**JOB SUMMARY**- As a Quality Control Supervisor here at PPI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will lead a dedicated team of quality control professionals, providing guidance and support to maintain our commitment to exceptional quality.- In this role, you will impact the overall quality assurance process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Supervision: Manage and supervise quality control staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols.- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international standards.- Inspection Processes: Conduct regular inspections and testing of products to assess quality and identify defects or areas for improvement.- Reporting: Prepare reports on quality metrics, inspection results, and improvement initiatives for management review.- Training: Provide training and mentorship to quality control staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.- Problem Resolution: Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to resolve non-conformities.- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to foster a culture of quality improvement.- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.**CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS**- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.- Experience with statistical analysis and quality improvement techniques.- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards ISO - Experience in leading and managing quality control teams.- Ability to analyze data and identify trends for continuous improvement.**EDUCATION****Required**Bachelor's Degree**Protective Industrial Products (PIP) is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
