IT Project Manager for a dynamic global organization

Job Responsibilities- Manages and oversees large, long range, or multiple complex IT projects (ERPs, apps, etc)- Develops project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and makes work assignments to meet project or program objectives.- Establishes and monitors program priorities, objectives, and procedures, determining area objectives, targets of service, and resource needs allocation.- Provides leadership and direction to the functional team so that tasks and activities are coordinated for project scope control, quality control, communication management, change control management, risk management and issue management.

What You Bring- You have a relevant academic background (BA, MSc or equivalent) and have worked as Project Manager on large scale Projects for more than 5 years- Experience with project management of IT projects, preferably experience with Dynamics 365 ERP implementations- Experience in implementing and maintaining a Project Management delivery model as well as being certified within Project Management (e.g., Prince2) and Program Management (e.g., MSP).- Several years of experience leading virtual project teams with team members from different time zones and cultures.- Solid experience in Change Management and User Adoption- Fluent in Spanish and English- Strengths required: Servant leadership, problem solving, communicative and structured- You are passionate about Project Management and have power to influence and communicate respectfully- Ability to adopt to a steep learning curve and strive to develop your skills within the different aspects of digital transformation and project management- You are a result-oriented team player, leading from the front with pro-activity and transparency- You are good at stakeholder management and feel comfortable at all levels in the Organizational hierarchy and good at building relations
