IT Project Manager (Infrastructure)

**Location**: Monterrey

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:
Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables.

**PMO Methodology**:
Implement and adhere to PMO best practices and standards.
Collaborate with the PMO team to ensure alignment with company-wide project management standards.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and the PMO team.

**Stakeholder Management**:
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Resolve any issues and conflicts related to the project.

**Risk Management**:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report on the progress of risk mitigation actions.

**Resource Management**:
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT infrastructure and PMO methodologies.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
