**Jr. L2 Application Support Engineer**

As a Jr. L2 Application Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing second-level support to our valued customers using Thomson Reuters GTM products. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers, understand their needs, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.

**About the Role**

In this opportunity as an Jr. L2 Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible to:

- Provide advanced technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and optimizing their use of Thomson Reuters GTM products.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions, contributing to a knowledge base for future reference.
- Guide customers throughout best practices about GTM suite use.
- Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest product features and technological advancements.

**About You**

You’re a fit for the role of Jr. L2 Application Support Engineer if your background includes:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency on SQL.
- Experience on customer facing roles 1+ years.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on a Wednesday to Sunday shift.
