We are seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven **Appointment Setter** to join our real estate investing team. Your primary responsibility will be to **contact leads**, **build rapport**, and **set qualified appointments** for our agents. You’ll play a key role in the growth of our business by converting leads into opportunities through thoughtful outreach and consistent follow-up.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls daily to warm and cold real estate leads (buyers, sellers, and investors)
- Build genuine rapport with potential clients and engage them in conversation
- Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and buying/selling criteria
- Schedule appointments for our acquisition or listing agents
- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and appointment outcomes in our CRM
- Meet or exceed weekly KPIs related to calls, conversations, and appointments set
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence
- Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or real estate is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using CRM systems and follow-up tools (training provided)

- Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
- Experience with real estate lead sources such as Zillow, Facebook, or PPC leads is a bonus
- Bilingual and Fluent in Spanish and English is required.
