**ACTIVIDADES**:
- Gestionar el proceso de cambio de ingeniería (ECR / ECN) para respaldar la capacidad de fabricación del producto, reducir los costos generales, abordar los cambios solicitados por el cliente, etc. Interactuar con varias funciones para garantizar que el cambio de ingeniería se entienda claramente y se maneje correctamente.
- Gestionar el proceso de Notificación de Cambio de Producto (PCN) para informar a los clientes de cualquier cambio de diseño.
- Responda rápidamente a los problemas de los clientes y respalde la ingeniería de calidad impulsando el análisis de la causa raíz y las acciones correctivas para problemas materiales, mecánicos y eléctricos.
- Rediseñe los productos para resolver una queja de un cliente, un problema de fabricación o para respaldar los esfuerzos de reducción de costos.
- Brindar asistencia sobre la causa raíz y la acción correctiva en problemas relacionados con el diseño que hayan dado lugar a quejas de los clientes, fabricación o rechazos de proveedores.
- Determinar el nível de prueba de calificación del producto requerido para movimientos de herramientas, nuevas herramientas, nuevos proveedores y cambios de diseño.
- Asistir a las revisiones, revisión y disposición de MRB con los informes del primer artículo del equipo (FAI).
- Realice análisis de ingeniería utilizando las herramientas de ingeniería asistida por computadora (CAE) disponibles.
- Proporciona dirección de ingeniería y apoyo al personal de diseño
- Coordina el desarrollo completo de los productos designados, incluidas las actividades de diseño, construcción y prueba, de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos estándar de TE y el proceso de entrega del producto
- Asesorar a los ingenieros y brindar apoyo, entrenamiento y dirección para ayudar a desarrollar nuevas habilidades a otros ingenieros.
**Requisitos**:
- 3 a 5 años de experiência en un puesto similar
- Inglés avanzado
- Herramientas Lean six sigma
- Conocimientos de AutoCad / Soliworks / Minitab
