As a SR Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for the TTH Quality in Mexico.

Manage quality TTH in country level, executing the Global and Regional quality strategy, driving excellence in quality performance at sites and excellent customers’ satisfaction. You will report to LAM TTH Quality Lead.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Execute the country quality strategy aligned with TTH strategy, sites quality targets and programs to drive excellent quality performance in the country.
- Design an optimized organization fit for purpose at country level to deliver performance, value, compliance, and customers’ satisfaction.
- Manage the Site Quality Assurance team and Quality country activities and programs.
- Ensure performance delivery, continuous improvement and deployment of Group, BU TTH, regional and country quality management system.
- Foster country E2E food protection, quality, compliance, and customers focus culture at all levels of operations by establishing effective working relationships positively promoting, encouraging and sustaining a genuine commitment to effective Quality management and continuous improvement.
- Provides guidance and direction on sites improvement programs to ensure all quality targets are met.

**You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience in the flavor industry or a related field.
- Experience in people management and customer management.
- Strong knowledge of quality management, chromatography, and sensory analysis of flavors.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills.
