**Quality Planning Manager****Your task and responsabilities**:- Capacity Planning: Support development of short, mid, and long-term capacity plans within the QA/QC teams. Drive alignment with the Customer priorities and strategic objectives to support business growth, launches, service and operational excellence.- To ensure the correct implementation of special material flow management systems that meet or exceed the cycle release time requirements in each area.- To ensure a service level at least of 98.5 % to Supply Chain for all the product portfolio handled in QA/QC areas and also other KPls defined by Global Quality Management (Basel).- Manage the QA/QC release plan for trading goods, finish products, as well as raw materials, packaging material and bulk require for Supply Center Lerma.- Create and communicate the Monthly and 12Mo master plan of release priorities, capacities for the QA/QC areas.- Lead the monthly Steering Calls for SCM and QA KPIs, and proposed initiatives an glidepaths for improvement and efficiencies towards E2E lead times reduction, performance reviews and improvement plans.- Partner with the different stakeholders of different levels from Commercial, SCM, Regulatory teams, CMOs and Production sites to ensure complete requirements for product release.- Cost Savings and Continuous Improvement: Ideate cost savings opportunities, lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs and increase release capacity; drive a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining product quality and safety standard.**Who you are**:- Bachelor degree in Administrative, Logistics or Industrial Engineer other similar career- Knowledge of commercial software (Office) and specialized systems as SAP- Advanced English- More than 5 years of experience in SCM, planning and inventory management- Influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others..- Passion to drive inclusion, respecting differences, and showing up as authentic best self.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.**Período de aplicación**:- 9 al 23 de diciembre**Código de referencia**:- **División**:- Consumer Health**Ubicación**:- Mexico : Estado de Mexico : Toluca**Área funcional**:- Calidad**Grado de posición**:- 1.2**Tipo de empleo**:- Permanente**Tiempo de trabajo**:- Full Time
