C3 AI has an opening for a **Senior Financial Analyst** located onsite at our offices in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a strategic partner to our functional managers and support initiatives at C3 AI. We are looking for an analytical, self-motivated individual who is experienced working in a high-growth environment without a direct onsite manager. The reporting manager will be located at the Company's headquarters in Redwood City. The ideal person will balance a positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to roll-up-their sleeves, allowing them to seamlessly function as a strong individual contributor, project leader, and team player. This role will report directly to the Vice President of FP&A.
**Please note this role is located onsite, full-time at our Guadalajara office.**
**Responsibilities include**:
- Partner closely with business leaders to drive successful outcomes.
- Provides complex, financial analysis for a financial function or a business.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.
- Provides analytics to business initiatives, typically representing a sub-function within finance for a particular business.
- Supports policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities.
- Identifies issues and proposes solutions.
- Represents finance on cross-functional teamwork.
- Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study.
- A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience with high-growth companies, ideally in the Software SaaS/PaaS industry.
- Experience with banking or other analytical-heavy Companies
- Efficient and accurate in day-to-day responsibilities, but adaptable to changing priorities as they arise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Very high attention to detail, process-oriented, and systems savvy.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in NetSuite is a plus.
- Must be able to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize work assignments for efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work as part of a team.
- Ability to deliver results and meet expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision while delivering high-quality output on time.
- Ability to travel to Company's headquarters in Redwood City on an as-needed basis.
