**Responsibilities**

**Your Impact**:
As SAP Supplier Master Data Request Analyst your responsibilities would consist of
- Decision Making: Use critical thinking, research of existing data and transactional activity, and analysis of change impacts to decide the best actions to take to meet business needs.
- Data Quality Standards: Understand and adhere to data quality standards to drive decision making and prevent dirty data.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with requesters to understand and meet business needs.
- Achieve Performance Metrics: Work with urgency and accuracy to address stakeholder requests in a timely manner that is correct the first time and minimizes negative impact.
- Data Privacy Management: Support enforcement of policies and procedures to protect sensitive and personal data. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and best practices for data handling and usage.
- Documentation and Training: Develop and document standard operating procedures, train new team members, and provide refresher training as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Who Are We Looking For?**
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field
**Experience**
- Experience designing, implementing, integrating, and sustaining effective business processes
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (ex. Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is a Must
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to excellence in customer service
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data and analytics
- Previous experience with supplier master data
- Familiarity with process automation and technology-driven improvements
- Experience working with SAP MDG and SAP S4 preferred
