We are an international company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team in Monterrey.

In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of plan sets & other construction documents using Civil 3D Software; assisting with design drawings, specifications, reports and the full deliverables needed for multiple projects while working with other disciplines within the relevant project team.

Your expertise in civil engineering and sustainable design will be crucial in delivering high-quality results while contributing to the overall success of the team and company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute plan sets and other construction documents using Civil 3D software.
- Assist in design drawings, specifications, reports, and the full range of deliverables for multiple projects.
- Collaborate with other disciplines within the project team to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
- Make technical assumptions and seek appropriate support to complete assigned work.
- Provide design input and review the work of other engineers.
- Participate as a team member, contributing ideas, solutions, and addressing challenges on the project.
- Ensure alignment with sustainable design principles and environmental regulations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Outstanding verbal and written English skills (C1 level or higher).
- Proven experience in land development design, water resources, hydrology, stormwater management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and other relevant software tools.
- Experience in technical drawing and design for grading, surfaces, water networks, roadways, and highways.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and environmental regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field (master's preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in land development design, water resources, hydrology, or stormwater management.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and similar tools.
