**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- _Perform customers quotes based on material availability, installed capacity, processes restrictions prior product knowledge to provide satisfactory delivery times. _
- _Check that the client's requirements meet the guidelines established during the quoting process through the use of electronic means ORACLE and ensuring compliance with delivery times _
- _Manage the daily demand loaded in the system and in processon the manufacturing area to plan the release work orders considering availabilityof material, installed capacity andsystem constraints, ensuring optimalflow units. _
- _Transfer the daily manufacturing area using the ORACLE system printwork orders (travel travelers) for the start of production demands and also maintain control of the WIP or units in process. _
- _Monitor the orders processedthrough reports of ORACLE system and electronic systems to ensure proper flow andavoid delays; Additional feedback on the progress of orders to customers _
- Monitor during the entire process expedited and or urgent orders with the main purpose to ship them based on our customer request date.
- Provide customer service with clear communication verbal and /or written to report situations that may affect the delivery ofthe orders on time
- Have a very close communication with purchasing, so when we don’t have a component that is preventing us to release an urgent order and keep our customer informed, also any improvement on the arrival that we may have, so we can release the order before or any delays of the components, we can inform our customer in both cases.
- Responsible for participating in changes of Engineering, attending scheduled board communication progress, to identify changes new part numbers inan existing part, in bills of materials and new kits, ensuring activities necessary for keep the system updated
- Proactively develop procedures and process improvements mentioned above helping customer satisfaction and optimization of resources
- Prepare reports, metrics and statistics analyzing their contents to facilitate performance in decision-making.
- Manage and control production master plans and to establish links with the central departments of operation for review and analysis of capacity and availability of material.
- Know and manage supply chain through interaction with stakeholders and using ORACLE to fulfill customer orders.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- _2 to 4 years as a buyer of raw material, equipment, machinery and supplies industry preferably in metalmechanic. _
- _Degree and/or Engineering or related field. _
