Traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NTSE: SUP),Superior Industries had 2022 annual revenues of approximately $1.64 billion.**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:Plans and coordinates the production schedule with all areas of the plant to ensure customer requirements are met, while managing in-process wheel inventories to meet the Packaging Goal; maintains optimal in-process wheel inventory levels without jeopardizing production and our customers; provides the necessary support to the Operations departments, coordinating forklift operators to service the movement of WIP wheels.**EDUCATION**:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or related field.**EXPERIENCE**:- Minimum 2 years in the Production Control Area for the manufacture of aluminum wheels.-- Administration and Personnel Management.-- In Inventory Control.-- Interpretation of customer requirements for Ford, Chrysler, GM, BMW, Nissan, Audi.**KNOWLEDGE**:- Management of Master Planning Programs (Long Term Planning).-- Management of Production Plans on a daily basis, making the necessary adjustments as required.-- Special processes, such as: Laser Printing, Sticker Placement, Milling.-- Painting Processes: Color and varnish chain loading rates.-- Indispensable for special processes such as Low/Mid Gloss finish, KSL Varnish, 4-layer painting process, Bicolor, Premium Paints.-- Process timing on paint lines for proper scheduling and maintaining continuous flow for packing FG wheels.-- QAD handling.-- IATF 16949.**ENGLISH**:- Advanced level.**SKILLS**:- Proactive and dynamic.-- Teamwork.-- Decision making.-- Conflict management.**Competencies**:- Effective Communicator- Leadership- Problem analysis and problem solving skills- Job Knowledge
