Are you ready to unleash your potential? **How you'll make your mark**: - Define customer experience requirements across customer touchpoints typically for multiple products/solutions across several businesses. - Develop innovative/ breakthrough industry or customer segment marketing strategies/plans and execute plans with relevant sales force. - Identify and prioritize key ecosystem partners and drive technical and business alignment with our product/ services offerings by leveraging our partner ecosystem. - Develop and implement customer experience metrics. - Develop, evolve and provide thought leadership in company design methodologies. - Lead/manage cross - functional/cross-organizational teams in the development and execution of marketing long - term strategies and plans. - Build optimal solution portfolio of partner through ongoing assessment of partner landscape, strategy, segment competitiveness, marketability and solution requirement and actively facilitate partner into company portfolio offering. - Strategize partner network and integrate partner into strategic company initiative to drive market and platform direction. - Develop and drive editorial strategies, content and direction for online properties, landing pages or websites. - Deliver web experiences that result in significant and measurable improvements in understanding, conversion and revenue. - Coordinates and executes HPE activities with the Partner, leveraging HPE specialists when needed, including sales cadence, education, marketing, executive briefings, proactive forecasting, business planning, and client engagements. Drives HPE marketing strategy through the customer. - Leads and implements HPE strategy, programs, and systems with and on behalf of the Partner to assure accelerated financial outcomes and build partner loyalty to HPE. **About you**: - BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred. - 10+ years marketing experience.- Sales Acumen: Able to influence the partner to take actions that create increased value to HPE. Effectively exercises selling skills such as identifying potential opportunities, utilizing appropriate sales platforms and resources, and formulating and proposing solutions with the goal of expanding HPE's business. Acts with a sense of urgency to build strong customer relationships and drive solutions for the partner. - Mastery knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools and customer insights in specific industry or customer segments. - Mastery knowledge of marketing fundamental, products/services/solution lifecycle and knowledge management. - Superior writing and editing for the web - recognized for "near perfection" writing and editing skill and often asked to edit the work of others. - Superior knowledge and understanding of interactive media, tools and technologies - Experience across integrated marketing communications. - Strong partner focus, including experience with global and local ISVs, SI, retail or channel partners. - Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams. - Superior knowledge of Internet principles and web site production. - Ability to interface effectively with executive management across different business functions. - Excellent negotiating, influencing, consensus - building and conflict - resolution skills. **We offer**: - A competitive salary and extensive social benefits - Diverse and dynamic work environment - Work-life balance and support for career development - An amazing life inside the element Want to know more about it?
