Drafting Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and schedule the drafting team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Receive and organize drawings from customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Set up job folders for the drafting team to maintain organization and workflow.
- Review plans, specifications, and scope to align with project requirements.
- Oversee the Field Ready Folder, ensuring all documentation is finalized and accurate.
- Coordinate effectively with general contractors and other sub contractors to ensure project alignment and success.
- Take charge of one or more projects, depending on company needs, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
**Requirements**:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Thorough understanding of US regulations and building codes.
- Proven experience in managing drafting teams or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
**Position Details**
- Location: Cancun office (in-office position).
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Compensation: Competitive monthly salary of 30,000 to 38,000 MXN, based on experience and qualifications.
