This position will be hybrid 3-days per week in our Mexico City office in Reforma.

**Summary**:
Working as Staff Mac OS Software Development Engineering at Delinea means being a part of a highly capable, collaborative, and agile development team. Delinea creates awesome software that's used by thousands of IT professionals all over the globe.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Staff Mac OS Engineer developing the Privilege Manager Saas Mac agent. Gaining a deep understanding of the technology and systems underpinning the service, enabling the ability to troubleshoot issues, evaluate changes, and make informed technical decisions.
- Work on a Privilege Manager service product team, bringing feature enhancements and customer fixes for the Mac Agent.
- Implement and maintain high standards of software quality and security, regularly reviewing code and processes to drive improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer production issues, ensuring the reliability of agents. Working with support and the customer to resolve issues.
- Using Scrum processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, UX, Dev) to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

**What You'll Need**:

- 7 years+ experience in software development with a focus on **native Mac development using Swift and/or Objective-C.**
- Strong understanding of macOS frameworks, APIs, and development tools.
- Strong design skills and full software development lifecycle experience required.
- Experience working with large volumes of data and design with scalability in mind.
- Experience with high-volume messaging frameworks such as RabbitMQ.
- Experience leveraging web services (REST/gRPC).
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented principles.
- Experience with large codebases and unit testing - mock frameworks, automation testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and learn large code base.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with English language (written and oral), with the ability to work effectively with a globally distributed team.
- Passionate about providing high-quality solutions to our customers, on-time, and on-budget.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and automation testing.
- Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience managing and integrating Active Directory and Azure services, including authentication, authorization, and identity management.

**We'd Love to See**:

- Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and cybersecurity principles, with experience in developing security-focused software.
- Experience interacting directly with customers in a support capacity.
- Experience with an agent-based product that is installed on many customer machines.
- Bonus for Proficiency in C#,.NET Core development with a bonus for significant Azure Cloud tech stack development experience.
- Bonus with Windows System \ Kernal Development
