We’re looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our fast-growing team This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to grow and develop within a company that’s expanding rapidly and values dedication, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
**About the Role**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding support and ensuring a positive experience. While previous experience in the **medical field** is a **strong plus**, it is **not required** — we’re most interested in someone eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
**What We Offer**:
- Monthly salary of **MXN $18,000**:
- Full **benefits as required by law**:
- **Monday to Friday**, **8:00 AM to 4:00 PM**:
- On-site position in **Roma Norte, CDMX**:

- Prior experience in **customer service**:
- A **reliable, responsible**, and **trustworthy** individual
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- A genuine interest in being part of a team and contributing to a growing company
- Experience in the **medical industry** is a **plus**, but not mandatory
