Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mexico City time

Compensation and Benefits:

  • MXN $18,000 net per month

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from clients and tenants.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries or requests.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
  • Communicate with U.S.-based teams in English.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work on-site in Roma Norte, CDMX.
