- Mantener actualizados y promover el cumplimiento de las normas, políticas y procedimientos de Seguridad de Planta y Seguridad e higiene de la empresa
- Responsable de la supervisión y administración de los guardias de seguridad
- Responsable del entrenamiento de los guardias de seguridad.
- Responsable del correcto funcionamiento de los equipos de seguridad instalados
- Responsable de los respaldos mensuales de accesos y CCTV (circuito cerrado de Televisión).
- Llevar el registro estadístico de los recibos y embarques mensuales
- Mantener los estándares TAPA si la sucursal lo requiere, en coordinación con el Supervisor de Seguridad
- Llevar a cabo y/o colaborar investigaciones especiales relacionados con incidentes internos reportados de la planta
- Detectar y analizar el modus operandi utilizado por el actor del incidente y preparar tácticas que garanticen el no repetir la misma situación en toda la planta
- Responsable de la coordinación de entrenamiento a los empleados sobre situaciones de emergencia, brigadas y robos patrimoniales.
- Contar con un plan específico de pagos de facturas y estrategias en reducción de costos de los servicios de los guardias de seguridad y mantenimiento a los equipos de seguridad.
- Elaborar junto con el supervisor de seguridad los programas de prevención de perdidas y seguridad en la planta e informar de las acciones preventivas en asaltos, choques, siniestros, etc.
- Desarrollar, aplicar y controlar junto con el Supervisor de Seguridad Mexico, todas las actividades de seguridad e Higiene requeridas por clientes y autoridades municipales, estatales y federales.
- Puede coordinar las actividades de servicios de limpieza y Mantenimiento
- Mantener en condiciones de orden y limpieza su área de trabajo.
- Desarrollar cualquier nueva actividad y/o proyecto asignado.
