England Logistics is a 3PL with more than 500 clients and 100 years of experience in the global market. Due to our exponential growth in our Shared Services Center, we are looking for our next talented Cash Application Specialist for our logistics team.
Abilities:
- Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner
- Providing resolutions to problems in a time-effective manner
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt
- Problem-solving
Activities:
- Making outbound and taking inbound phone calls.
- Provide effective resolution to Client issues on a consistent basis
- Ensure that Clients are given the support that is needed daily
Important:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)
- Ability to manage multiple operating systems
- Ability with software systems.
