A leading technology solutions company is seeking a**ServiceNow CMDB Developer** with proven experience in discovery, mapping, and managing Configuration Items (CIs) within the ServiceNow CMDB module.

The main objective of this role is to ensure the quality and integrity of CMDB data, support ITSM processes, and work closely with data owners to perform audits, integrations, and continuous improvements.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Implement integrations and discovery using ServiceNow tools.
- Administer and maintain CMDB data.
- Develop and implement CI data governance processes and procedures.
- Support ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
- Generate dashboards and CI data health reports.
- Conduct data audits and resolve data quality issues.
- Evaluate enhancement requests and validate CMDB functionality after platform upgrades.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Systems, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, focused on ITSM.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and integrations.
- Experience in data governance, auditing, and managing CI data.
- **
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)** (mandatory).
