**Job Description Summary**: Intern proactivo(a) y detallista, con interés en temas de ética e integridad corporativa, para apoyar las actividades del programa de Compliance.

**Lo Que Harás**:

- Apoyar en la implementación y seguimiento de procesos y controles de Compliance.
- Colaborar en la revisión de contratos y acuerdos comerciales, enfocándose en cláusulas de integridad, anticorrupción, conflicto de intereses y protección de datos personales.
- Asistir en la elaboración, actualización y difusión de políticas y procedimientos internos.
- Apoyar en la preparación e implementación de capacitaciones, entrenamientos, comunicaciones y campañas de Compliance.
- Colaborar en el análisis de terceros dentro de procesos de debida diligencia (proveedores, socios, etc.).
- Organizar y mantener la documentación y los reportes del área.
- Brindar soporte administrativo al equipo de Compliance.

**Lo Que Aportarás (Calificaciones Básicas)**:

- Estudiante de Derecho, Administración, Relaciones Internacionales, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o carreras afines, sexto/séptimo ciclo.
- Interés en temas como ética, gobernanza, anticorrupción, privacidad de datos y responsabilidad corporativa.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas, de comunicación y confidencialidad.
- Buena redacción y manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Inglés intermedio o avanzado.

**Lo Que Te Hará Destacar**:

- Portugués intermedio deseable
- Conocimientos básicos en contratos y/o cumplimiento normativo.
- Proactividad y atención al detalle.
- Fuerte interés y compromiso con la ética e integridad corporativa.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y multidisciplinario.
