Overview:The**Compliance Data Privacy Intern** is responsible to support department activities such as: understand and register other departments processes (Initial Assessments), execute monitoring activities, internal controls updates and Clean Up activities.The Compliance department is responsible for assisting the company in the management of compliance risk, collaborate with the different areas to understand and implement the regulatory requirements required by the regulator. Facilitate the detection, management, communication and information of matters related to compliance for senior management; as well as promoting a culture of compliance throughout the organization.**Location**: Monterrey, NL**Time Availiability**: 25 hrs per week**Responsibilities**:Support responsibilities of role:- Initial Assessment (IA)- Privacy events support- Data Protection Inbox- Monitoring and testing- Administrative tasks- AML (Anti-Money Laundering) activitiesQualifications:- Active Student in Bachelor degree in administrative fields or related. With at least 12 months pior to graduation date- Certifications, job experience and/or skills required- Profound research and analytical skills.- Ability to identify patterns trends and potentially suspicious or questionable activity.- Ability or excursive good judgement and make sound decisions.- Highly effective communication (both verbal and written).- Result driving focus.- MS Office proficient (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).Disclaimer: Mexico - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.
