**Your new role**

As Level 1 support you will be in charge of the first line of contact with foreign clients (English Speaking) to receive technical descriptions and translate the requirements for upper support levels. You will be in charge of managing the first line of the help-desk, creating the Tickets and validating the information with the IT Superiors.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will need a previous experience in call centre instances (60 to 100 Calls per day)
Excellent social skills
Technical knowledge/Being part of technical projects
English Level: Advanced (Fluent)

**What you'll get in return**

In return you will receive a compensation of MXN $20,000 Net Monthly Salary + Benefits
