**Guest Coordinator for Short Term Rentals**
**What you will be doing**:
- Guest interactions include responding to questions and sending quotes via text and over the phone.
- Troubleshooting basic issues with guests (internet, utilities, maintenance)
- Collecting battery levels and reporting to housekeeping
- Collect listing data information from booking platforms
- Audit information output to booking channels
- Inputs Work Orders for housekeeping and maintenance
- Writes reviews for guests
- Maintains the event calendar
- Assists housekeeping with guest coordination
- More tasks as you grow with the company
Work hours:
During training hours will be Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST
After training the hours will be Wednesday to Friday 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm Saturday and Sunday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm EST.
Possible on call in the evenings.

Pay:
140 MXN per hour
