**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a **Senior Technology Experience Specialist** you will lead and contribute to the continuous development and amazing experience of our technical teams. As part of the Technology EX Team you will work in our Global Technology Organization supporting engagement and business initiatives to enhance our team's experience, while also creating a more inclusive and productive workforce to support our mission.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about gaining depth of experience in the operations of our growing R&D center in Mexico, and can help in positioning Nextiva as a top tech talent brand.

This position is based in Guadalajara, Mexico and requires some in office presence.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- As a Senior Technology Experience Specialist you will be directly supporting the Director of Global Technology Experience and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced ever changing environment, managing multiple competing priorities and creating your own path
- Lead by example and provide a positive engaging culture in Nextiva Mexico
- Responsible for managing, bookkeeping and budgeting Technology EX programs such as Remote Enablement, Training Grants and others in Mexico
- Develop documentation and metrics to successfully deliver programs and measure effectiveness
- Own the execution of programs for the hybrid workplace that make the experience of Nextiva Mexico teams seamless, from in-office to remote to the intersection of the two
- Seek out and identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance overall the user experience of our Technology team and improve communication
- Supports, facilitates and enhances communication between departments as needed
- Develop strong relationships with business partners across the organization, third-parties and vendors to ensure the most appropriate solutions are delivered for the effective operation of the local office, and delivery of technology experience initiatives
- Responsible for partnering and managing technical associations and other relevant groups to establish Nextiva Mexico as a top employer.
- Collaborate and support the Technology Onboarding Program in Mexico
- Responsible for local office management including, travel coordination, facilities, inventory and general communication

Project management of cross-department initiatives to deliver an amazing Technology and Workplace Experience (Legal, Finance, HR, Marketing, TA, etc.). Drafts change requests, follows-up on open issues/risks and tracks individual task status
- Perform other job duties as required

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, public relations or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing projects in marketing, communications, technology or related area
- 1+ years of experience working in the technology industry
