The Senior Associate for Technology Experience assists the TechEX team in ensuring these objectives are met. **Key Responsibilities**: - Working with members of the TechEX team, coordinates Nextiva's participation in Meetups, Conferences, Events (Hosting, organizing speakers and topics). - Motivates technologists to develop technical content to engage technical audiences. - Coordinates participation of Technology team members in external Engineering-related community events (Meetups, Conferences, local user groups, etc.). - Collaborates with Marketing, Talent Acquisition and Technology Leadership to deliver the Technology Experience Brand. - Assists in the coordination and engagement of technology team members in all Technology initiatives. - Ensures appropriate representation of the Nextiva Technology brand internally and externally. - Develops documentation to enable team members to successfully enjoy the technology experience. - Assists with centralized engagement activities and initiatives within a specific location. - Delivers Technology Onboarding in Mexico, making it as fun and interesting as possible. - Assists with troubleshooting and provisioning of endpoint hardware. - Provides administrative support and assist with office management related activities. - Performs other related duties as required. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree with a major in marketing, business, computer science, information technology or related field. - At least 2 year's of experience in technology, marketing or similar. - A high degree of creativity and "out-of-the-box" thinking. - Able to execute on multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments. - Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills. - Interest in a software engineering or product development environment. - Empathy for others and willingness to work for the common goal. - Confidence to represent the Nextiva brand. **So, why Nextiva?** Nextiva is a trailblazer in the Voice over IP (VoIP) and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) industries.
