**Responsabilities**:

- Customer complaints about defects caused by supplier materials.
- Confirmation and evaluation of 4M changes in supplier materials.
- Summary and recovery of monthly defective cost of incoming materials.
- Monthly statistical analysis of supplier defective PPM.
- Formulate supplier audit plan, regularly lead the audit and evaluation of old qualified suppliers.
- Conduct on-site audits for suppliers with frequent quality abnormalities and major quality problems or poor scores in incoming materials.
- Suppliers monthly Incoming material performance statistics
- Supplier PPAP data follow-up and confirmation.

**Experience & Qualificatios**:

- College degree or above (electronic/mechatronic)
- 3 years or above, more than 1 year of similar position Incoming or SQA department.
- Knowledge on IATF16949 operation manual of the automotive industry, Internal auditor qualification is preferred.
- Core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Identification, improvement and control methods of product quality.
- Handling methods of Customer complaints, handling of Supplier complaints.
- Familiar with relevant industry knowledge and relevant legal policies of wire harness is preferred.
- Familiar with the supplier management process, have strong communication, coordination, organization and problem-solving abilities, and judgment ability.
- English language
