Start your journey as a **Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)**. In this role, you will ensure that external suppliers provide high-quality products, materials, and services that meet company and industry standards and work to continuously improve the performance of supplied components, assemblies, and outsourced processes.

**Are You Looking to**:

- Promote continuous improvement techniques with suppliers to reduce variability, achieve process control, lower costs, and improve PPM (Parts per Million) performance.
- Develop and implement metrics to monitor and evaluate supply base capabilities, including Non-Conformance Tracking and Supplier Quality Scorecard.
- Conduct Supplier Quality Audits.
- Lead/Participate in multifunctional teams in investigating and resolving non-conformities, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
- Collaborate with internal technical functions to address and improve product quality issues at the supplier level.

**Are You Ready to**:

- Maintain supplier management strategies to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Prepare and present quarterly Supplier Performance ratings, offering improvement recommendations and leading improvement initiatives.
- Provide support to design engineering in vendor part qualification.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective communication channels with suppliers, teams, departments, customers, and vendors.

**Job Requirements**:
**What You’ll Need**:

- B.S. in an engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-3 years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment desired.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Must be bilingual, able to speak, read, and write English and Spanish.
- Must have a valid visa to travel to the U.S. as needed
