At Uline, Finance isn’t just about the numbers; it’s about supporting the entire business.
**Position Responsibilities**
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of Uline's Monterrey Collections group.
- Actively coach and develop Collections Team Leads / Specialists and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Work with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments.
- Call on customers with past due balances as needed.
- Release 20+ orders daily. Provide queue support and take incoming calls as needed.
- Handle escalated “manager” calls regarding issues with customers on “credit hold”.
- Write and review department memos.
- Complete mid and year-end reviews for direct reports.
- Perform informal audits and act as an employee resource.
- Schedule and / or host training classes.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns while providing a positive customer experience.
- Maintain and improve personal and team performance.
**Minimum Requirements**
- ** Bilingual - 100% fluent in both English and Spanish (read, speak, write).**
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years supervisory experience.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
