Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

**Requirements**:

- 2 years experience in electricity, elevator maintenance, circuit review, and electrical panels. (That works in elevators and electrical panels)

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues;
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures;
- Planning and scheduling repairs.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 a week

**Schedule**:

- Weekends;
- Includes weekends;

**Education**:

- Truncated or current senior technician (Desirable).

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 2 years (Desirable);
- General maintenance: 1 year (desirable);
