Assignment: Hybrid (Initially) 3 days onsite and 2 remote. (It can change to 100% onsite depending of the project necessity)

Assignment duration: 10 months

Resource Description:

- Engineering Bachelor Degreed (desire but not limited)
- Soft Skills: Curiosity, Creativity, Teamwork, Good Judgment, Abstraction / Conceptualization, Resilience,
- Advance English Skills (speaking, reading, writing),
- Communication skills / PPT Presentation Skills
- Hard Skills: Design Thinking, Process Improvement Methodologies, Business Creation Methodologies, Business Process Management, Service Design

**Requirements**:

- 2+ yrs experience in: Business Process Management, Design Thinking, Facilitation, Change Management, Research, Improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma), Power BI knowledge and development skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Help our internal clients to identify and structure strategies that take them from the discovery and interpretation of their problems to the conceptual development of value propositions. Likewise, we provide the teams in the areas with the structure and processes that allow them to carry out these strategies, either to identify strategic scenarios or to develop proposals in response to them.
- Develop proposals that address organizational challenges
- Support customers on problem solving challenges
