**Business Operations Analyst 3**

Home office, Mexico

The Business Operations Analyst 3 will be responsible for providing analytical support to the IT organization. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of IT Vendor Management/Financial Operations and will carry primary responsibility towards querying, reporting and analyzing IT business data.
- Analysis: Gather financial and operational data and help develop conclusions to guide business decisions. Prepare what-if scenario analyses to aid business planning processes.
- Reporting: Prepare reporting packages and dashboards as per requirements. Set up and facilitate review meetings.
- Project Financial Planning: Work with project managers, business stakeholders and finance leaders to help during the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts.
- Tools - Use Microsoft Excel, Tableau and other internal BI tools to maintain dashboards, the Technology Business Management (TBM) model and recurring reports
- Other: Handle adhoc analytical and operational queries

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Prior experience as Business Analyst or Financial Analyst preferred.
- BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or similar field. MBA/MS preferred but not required.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel. Experience with VBA, Tableau, Alteryx, and/or Snowflake is preferred.
- Understanding of basic financial accounting concepts.
- Prior experience with the Technology Business Management (TBM) model preferred but not required.
- Highly competent in manipulating and analyzing large amounts of data and drawing key insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively across multiple functions and with varied levels of management.
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
- Superior quantitative and analytical skills.
- Flexible and adaptable with strong business acumen.
- Detail oriented, accurate and thorough, with the desire to see the big picture.
- Deadline and results driven.
- Comfortable handling multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
