**Perfil**:
Agente Bilingüe Call center Tech Support Básico

Inglés Avanzado conversacional (indispensable)

Manejo de PC básico, office o base de datos

Preparatoria terminada, con comprobante o certificado de Bachillerato ó equivalente High School Diploma.

Experiência mínima 1 año en call center o 6 Meses de Tech Support. Comprobable, con cartas recomendación o semanas cotizadas.

Esta posición de customer service bilingüe.

**Te ofrece**:
**Salario Base**:
MXN $14,000 Brutos (antes de impuestos correspondiente a tabulador pago por Hora de $83.00 MXN

**Bono por KPI´s en chat**:
**Lugar de trabajo**: Tecno Parque CDMX, Alcaldía Azcapotzalco.

**Actividad Presencial**: Ventana de servicio, jornada Lunes a Domingo con dos descansos de 07:00 a 22:00 hrs Ventana de servicio. (solo se cubren 8 hrs de trabajo y 1 hrs de descanso en este intervalo de horas)

**Programa de capacitación**: En Sitio

Contrato directo (No outsourcing)

Jornada laboral de 5 días laborales y 2 días de descanso. (Jornada Lunes a domingo con descansos fijos dentro de la ventana de servicio.

**Horario Laboral ventana de servicio de**: 07:00 a 22:00 hrs. solo se cubren 8 hrs laborales
