Job Title: Accountant

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Review and approval of bank reconciliation entries - Review and approve bank reconciliation entries in accounting system to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards. Conduct monthly reviews of bank reconciliation files, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Preparation of revenue analysis (GMR Reconciliation) - Compile and analyze revenue data for presentation in finance calls during month-end closing, ensuring thorough GMR reconciliation.
- Settlement transactions analysis - Conduct analysis of settlement balances reconciling balances in product platform versus accounting system.
- Ad-Hoc reporting - Generate ad-hoc reports as required by the manager, providing insightful financial information to support decision-making.
- Assist in audit preparation - Collaborate in the preparation and review of audit requirements, ensuring compliance with auditing standards. Coordinate the audit process with relevant personnel, facilitating a smooth and efficient audit process.
- Monitoring of audit requirements - Monitor and stay abreast of audit requirements, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
- Financial Statement Reconciliation - Reconcile audited financial statements versus trial balance, ensuring alignment and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, bank reconciliation, and audit preparation.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle and other financial software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
